From a start-up to working with household brands, my skills & leadership knowledge started from being involved firsthand and grew by studying & implementing strategy for businesses & teams.
In 2015, I entered a promotional product startup. As a one-person design & marketing team, I helped the owners develop values, vision, & branding for the company. Over three years, it became one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry in America and in 2022 & ‘23, the company became back-to-back IBJ Fast 25 winners.
7 years after my start, the one-man team is now a 10-person department with an eCommerce team, Marketing team, and Customer Design Team.
From 2021-‘22, I pivoted as an executive team member in America’s longest standing tool & lawn mower manufacturer, American Lawn Mower — established in 1895.
Within 6 months, I launched automated project management software that auto-assigned roles & automated schedules which centralized the eCommerce, design, photography, engineering, & manufacturing
communications for the first time ever. Immediately having an impact on efficiencies & project timelines. A file-saving cloud management strategy was developed & implemented, organizing over 10TB of media.
I relaunched a top-selling Amazon in-house tool eco-friendly tool brand, enhanced 15 in-house brands, relaunched Amazon A+ rebrand & search optimization, structured 360° photography from manufacture to studio, & developed a 3-D rendering team.
Additionally, I worked closely with household name brands including Craftsman, Lowes’ own Kobalt, Scotts, Menards’ own Yardworks, and Black & Decker on product engineering design, product packaging, product design, & video advertisement.
Currently, I am the Director of Marketing & Creative at ScreenBroidery where I lead a growing team of 10 through a fast-paced company growth strategy.
